Hotels in Monterey during June fill up quickly. The recommended hotel for attendance at Policy 2002 is the Hyatt Regency Monterey.  IEEE has contracted a limited block of rooms at a special price for the conference.  This hotel is within walking distance of the Naval Postgraduate School (parking at NPS is severely limited and because of security reasons, automobile passes to get onto base may not be available).
